eCommerce Manager

📍 Clapham, London (Office-based)
🕘 Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
📈 Reports to: Head of eCommerce

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven eCommerce Manager to run and grow our online store.

You’ll be responsible for everything from website performance to customer experience, product merchandising, and retention. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning insights into action, this is your chance to make a real impact in a growing, sustainability-focused brand.

What You’ll Own

• Shopify Website: Manage, maintain, and improve our store to increase conversions and AOV

• Conversion Optimisation: Run A/B tests, enhance UX/UI, and oversee the customer journey from landing to checkout

• Customer Experience: Own customer service workflows and post-purchase touchpoints

• Product & Inventory: Keep listings accurate, update collections, and ensure stock visibility

• SEO & Organic Growth: Improve our Google ranking with strong on-site SEO practices

• Analytics: Track performance (CVR, AOV, LTV, traffic sources), and make data-led decisions

• Email & Retention: Manage automated flows and develop strategies for repeat business

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience managing an eCommerce site (Shopify preferred)

• Strong grasp of CRO, UX, and on-site SEO

• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Hotjar, or similar

• Experience in customer service and understanding of operational logistics

• Analytical mindset with a bias for action and improvement

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and get things done quickly
