About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as the first point of contact for fixed asset queries, collaborating with process management on changes and updates to IT solutions
• Support and coordinate all audit-related inquiries concerning fixed assets and IFRS 16
• Organize knowledge-sharing initiatives and drive quality and process improvements; act as a trainer for the Fixed Assets process in the HUB & Spokes model; ensure that knowledge documentation is current and maintained to a high standard
• Act as an operational process executor across all organizations, with knowledge of local specifics for different countries; provide backup support for the Fixed Assets process as needed
• Serve as a finance expert for IFRS 16 and rent bookings in the Record to Report process
• Perform general accounting and reporting tasks, including processing journal entries, calculating accruals, and posting and processing allocations
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts
• Perform month-end closing activities

• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
• Ability to process large volumes of data
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong cooperation skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
