This role will support our Head Office management team providing expertise on their teams finance and support the
accurate and timely accounting of company results. They will ensure that financial actions and decisions are taken
in the Company's best interests and maximize medium and long term profitability.
What you can expect:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
· Own financial accountability for Head Office across central cost budgets and forecasts, capital expenditure,
cash flow and balance sheet
· Responsible for the timely accounting and treatment of month/year end routines ensuring that accounting
methods are compliant with group accounting standards
· Support FC in all the necessary activities of Stat Accounting and preparation for and during interim and
annual audit
· Support FC to provide critical appraisals and review of all current and new supplier contracts relating to
Head Office
· Create and sustain a trusted partnership with the Head Office management team and be the focal point for
cost center management, projects and day to day service provision
· Set the approach and areas of focus for operational and financial performance reporting to stakeholders to
deliver added value, improve business performance, and save costs
· Ensures financial integrity and effective usage of the management accounts and develops Insight focused
analysis and reporting for head office, highlighting any risks and opportunities to senior management on a
timely basis
· Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and offering effective
strategic support. You will be integral to the decision making process
· Seek opportunities to drive positive change in finance and/or business processes to improve efficiency,
maximize value for money and improve stakeholder experience
Your profile:
· Minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance-related role, with progressive responsibility.
· Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
· Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of how finance impacts business strategy.
· Highly numerate, analytical, and strategic thinker.
· Advanced skills in financial modelling, planning, and forecasting techniques.
· Demonstrates credibility and influence as a finance business partner.
· Confident in objectively challenging business strategies and assumptions.
· Experienced in building and evaluating business cases.
· Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage effectively at all organizational levels.
· Committed to continuous improvement for both self and team development.
· Displays a passion for quality and success in all deliverables.
· SAP experience preferred.
· Background in retail or wholesale environments is advantageous, but not essential.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $80,000- $90,000 per year. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained.
