Photoshoot Production Assistant

📍 Clerkenwell, London 🕒 Full-Time 

We are looking for an organised, detail-driven, and highly proactive Photoshoot Production Assistant to support the seamless execution of our e-commerce, editorial, and campaign shoots. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong interest in creative production, who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings calm, clarity, and energy to the set.

As a key member of the production team, you will assist with all aspects of shoot preparation, logistics, and on-set coordination — ensuring that every shoot day runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

✦ Pre-Production

• Assist with shoot planning and coordination: booking crew, locations, studios, equipment, and transport.
• Support in creating and distributing call sheets, schedules, shoot plans, and production documents.
• Source, manage, and prep shoot supplies, props, samples, catering, and other logistical needs.
• Help track and organise products or samples ahead of the shoot day (liaising with styling/samples teams if necessary).

✦ On-Set Support

• Set up and break down of shoot equipment, styling areas, catering, and general shoot spaces.
• Act as a runner and point of contact for crew, talent, and internal teams during shoot days.
• Ensure smooth flow of shoot operations: timekeeping, product flow, dressing areas, and crew needs.
• Assist with behind-the-scenes capture or social content when needed.

✦ Post-Production

• Help coordinate return of equipment, props, wardrobe, and samples post-shoot.
• Support with documentation of shoot assets (image selects, credits, usage notes).
• Assist the production team with budget tracking and invoicing. 

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in a fashion, photo, or creative production role (internships/freelance experience considered).
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Calm, positive, and professional presence on set.
• A strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative processes.
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with production schedules, call sheets, and the flow of a professional photo or video shoot.
• Bonus: A valid driver’s license and/or production contacts are a plus.
