We are looking to strengthen our Global Subsidiary Operations team with a Global Subsidiary Operations Manager (m/f/d) ) | temporarywho likes to make a difference and drive things forward.

The Position is limited to 2 years due to a parental leave replacement.

What you can expect:

• Central Interface at HUGO BOSS headquarters for our EMEA team in Global Subsidiary Operations
• Support for smooth sales processes from order entry to delivery - from day-to-day requests to project participation
• Training sessions for sales relevant processes of subsidiary employees, notably on S/4 and SAP
• Coordination of shipment plans & delivery monitoring
• Support with SAP-related order processes during & after selling phase

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training or degree
• First experience of professional experience in a relevant environment (fashion, sales, etc.)
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• You enjoy working withERP systems, like SAP
• Teamplayer with sharp attention to detail
• You enjoy investigating challenges, spotting patterns, and finding creative solutions.
• Very good communication skills and a keen interest in processes
• Strong interface management and problem solving skills
• Hands on mentality and ability to work in a team
