This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless production processes, maintaining internal systems, coordinating deliveries, and meeting customer deadlines with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full production process from initial order to final delivery.
  • Liaise daily with the brand HQ to ensure production requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Monitor and update internal production systems, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for all relevant departments.
  • Coordinate and follow up with the manufacturers to track the status of orders and ensure timelines are adhered to.
  • Book and manage logistics for deliveries, ensuring all products are dispatched on time to meet customer expectations.
  • Work closely with quality control, product, and warehouse teams to ensure all standards are consistently met.
  • Identify and address any production issues swiftly to avoid delays or quality compromises.
  • Maintain excellent organisational records, production schedules, and delivery logs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes and boost operational efficiency.
  • Act as the key point of contact between local teams and HQ teams for production-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a production management role within manufacturing, preferably with experience working across multiple brands and retailers.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong experience with production tracking systems, internal software, and delivery booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and production follow-up.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and production management systems.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a flexible, adaptable working style.
