Job Description
- Strategize Collection the brands commercial plan with CEO to develop SN224's agency potential in China market.
- Ensure that all sales & financial KPI’s are being analysed and met accordingly.
- Open and interact with key accounts and store owners and so, to work the brand new development, the set up of the OTB’s, potential activations or introduce new brands.
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients, expanding existing client sales, and drive overall sales for the brands at SN224.
- Oversee and monitor the showrooms appointment including scheduling, appointment, order confirmation, communication, etc.
- In liaison with the brands, monitor post sales KPI’s such as OC, deposit, deliveries and payments.
- Review the showroom and brand results both in numbers and product recommendations (merchandising).
- Propose and set up new growth leverages in order to comply with the brand's potentials and financial objectives.
- Analyze overall market for trends and competitive landscape.
- Deep dive into competitors benchmarking (sell in/out) to identify opportunities, detect risks and gaps, improve product and brand portfolio and provide recommendations.
- In liaison with the brand’s marketing teams and agency marketing department, optimize the strategic trade marketing activations.
- Manage the local wholesale team and through strong interaction with other international teams, optimise the brands potential and agency’s ROI.
- Participate in showroom events in Paris.
Must Ability
- Business English communication skills.
- Wholesale working experience 10 years above.
- Management experience over a team of ten people or more.
- Knowledge about China Market.
- Management Experience.
- Flexibility to move to China.
