As the key bridge of marketing and channel, be responsible for all the retail & WHS projects key contact window, including retail mall ads planning and execution, campaign execution, instore event, shopping mall joint event and other routine retail work. Well understand consumer experience of fashion category in retail, understanding what fashion brand principles are and latest trends in the market, well adapt in retail field based on GTM. To make sure synergize brand communication, retail marketing and visual merchandise.
This person should have strong knowledge of retail execution, hands-on and flexible communication. Can support retail drive traffic and sales effectively by leveraging integrated resources, such as O2O and utilizing mall multiple resources. Other routine execution for retail marketing to support channel needs.

10% Routine:

45% Mall Ads Management and Campaign Execution
- Plan annual mall ads across tier A malls 3 months in advance, combining digital screens, billboard, mall LED, hanging flags and other new type of ads.
- Well manage budget and plan with flexibility. Need to consider fiscal year new business request (eg. pop-up opening, store upgrade, new store opening) at beginning.
- Have good relationships with shopping mall key contact (eg. Shanghai XTD, Sanlitun Taikoo Li), can get better deal on negotiation.
- Manage production of mall ads with cost effective and high quality.
- Tracking and review. Request on-air images from mall or store on-time, to build a sharing model and frequently share with internal.
45% Retail MKT & WHS Routine Execution
- Support retail & WHS campaign launch. Co-work with internal creative, deliver retail assets by following request and MR, making sure campaign on-time launch.
- According to GTM and campaign directive, create retail assets guidance to allocate assets with priority for all retail touchpoints.
- Develop content toolkit for retail. Routinely deliver marketing assets to retail & WHS side, to ensure store staff on-brand application for all touchpoints.
- Well know landlord’s activity plan (eg. Anniversary and mall promotion festival), fully leverage for in-store activity even mall ads planning.
- Routinely share MKT campaign and activities with partner, to build good relationship with clients.
- Make WHS event/ promotion playbook, to guide clients to have on-brand event/ design/ promotion
Store-based Social Account Management
- Manage store-based social account. Make store account guidance, strategically guide and keep tracking store account performance by following consistent direction
- Develop and execute KOS project. Work closely with store candidates, to set a standard to request them to create high-quality contents.
- Share good deliveries with other retail & WHS store for adaptation.
Retail MKT Campaign Education
- Set up routine meeting with channels for by campaign education. Deeply educate on brand knowledge and update activity to ensure output from store be precise and consistent, including but not limited: New launched product direction (nick name, mix and match direction from MKT side, etc.), new brand lookbook sharing, kol assets sharing etc.
10% Routine:
- Support line manager, independently or manage agency to make the reports including not limited of the monthly report, tracking report, event/project recap report
- Daily routine marketing work, including but not limited to payment, contract follow-up, budget control, keep good relationship with landlord, functional team members and agencies.
