Job Details
Citizens of Humanity is seeking a PR & Marketing Assistant. This position will work across all brands under the Citizens of Humanity Group, which includes Citizens of Humanity, AGOLDE, and RSVP Gallery.
In this role, you'll assist with day-to-day activities across the PR & Marketing department, gaining firsthand exposure to the logistics that support all things celebrity, editorial, and influencer across our brands. This is a hands-on position for someone who’s detail-oriented, unafraid to roll up their sleeves, and eager to learn the inner workings of fashion PR from the ground up. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in the invaluable daily tasks that keep the team and the department moving forward.
This is a full-time, in-office position based out of our Los Angeles showroom
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain showroom PR stock to ensure all product is organized, tracked, and accounted for

Execute daily gifting/loan send-outs across VIP & Influencer initiatives— including packing, labeling, and coordination with shipping companies/messengers

Help facilitate stylist pulls as needed, including checking items in/out and maintaining inventory records

Manage showroom PR supplies (shipping materials, gift bags, tissue, etc.)

Place and track PR orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate reporting

Proactively research and identify brand targets for gifting campaigns and loans

Assist in outreach and management of monthly gifting efforts

Maintain and organize databases including stock and sample logs, contact lists, etc

Conduct daily scans of top publications and online outlets for brand placements and mentions

Assist in the set up of any events, fitting appointments + onsite shoots

General showroom upkeep as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Minimum of 1 year of related work experience (internships okay)

Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, while thriving in a fast-paced work environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

On the pulse of VIP talent & influencers

A passion for fashion and pop culture

Must be able to work from downtown Los Angeles
COMPENSATION:

Salary: $23/hour
