Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Honor The Gift, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products. This position is essential in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our valued customers. You will manage e-commerce order fulfillment, customer support, and returns, ensuring fraud prevention and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Approve daily orders, screen fraud (Fraud Science), and data entry.
• Customer Support: Respond to emails promptly. Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Returns/Disputes: Process returns and respond to Shopify chargebacks with documentation.
• Reporting/Site Maintenance: Submit weekly sales reports; upload product imagery to Shopify.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with office software and data entry processes is preferred.
• Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conflict resolution experience is preferred.
• Skills: ShipStation, Shopify, Fraud Science, Meta Business Suite.
