We've recently expanded our showroom network with the launch of an e-shop, making the joy of shopping accessible to even more people. With over 300,000 clients in our database, Arlettie offers a calendar of exclusive sales, providing our community with a truly unique shopping experience.

 

ROLE SUMMARY

Join our Arlettie team and embark on a global journey, organising exclusive private sales around the world for one of the most iconic luxury brands (approximately 7 to 10 sales per year, each lasting around 15 days). During the rest of the time, you may be asked to assist with sales in our other showrooms. 

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and experienced Client Relations and Hostess Assistant - French speaking, to join our global Arlettie team to provide front of house support during our private sales and assist with client enquiries leading up to the event to ensure delivery of excellent customer service in a challenging and fast-paced environment. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Hostess Support:

  • Serve as Hostess Support during key sales events, greeting guests, answering enquiries, and ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience
  • Maintain showroom standards and create an inviting shopping environment that reflects the brand's prestige
  • Uphold a professional and polished brand presence at all times

Customer service:

  • Support the creation and maintenance of customer service cases, dashboards, and reports
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email, phone, and in-person interactions
  • Assign and prioritise customer cases, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Collaborate closely with the event team to ensure a seamless customer experience

 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must speak French fluently and be comfortable handling client enquiries in French.
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role (preferred but not required)
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Confidence in speaking to clients over the phone and in-person
  • A professional, friendly, and polished demeanour suitable for luxury retail
  • International travel required
