We offer a challenging job in an enthusiastic and rapidly moving company with the possibility to further develop yourself. As a Junior Sales Manager, you are part of the BeNeLux Wholesale Team and responsible to maintain and further grow the business in the Netherlands. Furthermore, you will have some accounts in your portfolio who operate throughout the whole Dutch region and also online.

As a Junior Sales Manager, you are part of the BeNeLux Wholesale Team and responsible to maintain and further grow the business in the Netherlands. Furthermore, you will have some accounts in your portfolio who operate throughout the whole Dutch region and also online.
What you can expect:
- Selling our collection along with developing and executing sales concepts in an international environment;
- Ensure the correct product assortment for our business partners;
- Selling to according predefined seasonal budgets and option plans;
- Build sustainable business plans with partners;
- Implementing of seasonal replenishment and NOS programs;
- Internal and external training in product and selling knowledge;
- Build and promote strong, long lasting relationships with your customers;
- Working closely with many (inter)national partners in order to optimize the assortment throughout all categories;
- Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team;
- Identify market shifts while being fully aware of product and competition status;
- Operate as a true team player.
Your profile:
- A bachelor level or any degree in business administration and/or a successfully finished apprenticeship with a textile sales background or another suitable qualification;
- Experience from a similar position in wholesale for at least 1 - 2 years, with a strong customer network ;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Able to consistently meet or exceed targets;
- Extensive communication skills on all levels and a high level of commitment;
- Ability to work independently, has a 'hands-on' mentality, is able to set priorities;
- Flexible, customer-focused, accurate, results-oriented and can work well under pressure;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English, French is a pre;
- Strong knowledge on Office 365 with a focus on Excel/ AO. SAP is desirable.
