Responsibilities
e-Commerce Operations
- Lead the operations for seamless end-to-end client experience by ensuring daily e-commerce operations, ensuring product information/price accuracy, stable functionalities on .COM and relevant systems and inventory availability.
- Monitor KPI's (traffic, conversion, bounce rate, AUR, etc.) to continuously improve site functionality.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with IT and platform teams.
- Develop e-commerce / client toolkits to enhance sales opportunities.
- Optimize order processing, shipping, and returns in collaboration with Distribution Center & Client Care Center
E-merchandising, Campaigns & Site Optimization
- Manage the e-com channel product assortments, product launches, and campaign planning and executions to maximize conversion and sales.
- Lead e-merchandising operations and optimize product display, navigations, and search results/SEO to improve discoverability.
- Orchestrate new product launches and align site content with brand identity and commercial objectives, aligning with global and local stakeholders.
E-commerce Projects and Enhancements
- Lead and support e-commerce roadmap and initiatives, including e-com solution enhancements, UX improvements, and technology integrations by monitoring risk assessment and deployment, implementation, and change management.
- Responsible for local e-com order lifecycle enhancement by actively leading/supporting relevant projects (e.g. Commerce Cloud, payment, checkout journey, e-merchandising logic etc.)
- Ensure e-com stabilization by conducting UATs for system launches and releases in collaborations with global and local Omni & IT partners.
Business Strategy & Analysis
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior to provide actionable insights.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and inventory planning to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Create reports and presentations to evaluate KPIs including sales, conversion and return rate etc. to improve the shopping experience and offer strategic recommendations for growth.
Required
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required
- 7+ years' experience in e-commerce operations, and project management
- Strong expertise in e-merchandising, digital operations, project management, and business strategy
- Experience in e-commerce platform operations, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Knowledge of technical architecture and e-com platforms and implementing new features in related systems. (Salesforce, OMS, PIM, etc)
- Agile and flexible for release, launch, critical issue timings for e-Commerce operations working with different time zones
- Fluent in spoken / written English, with strong communication & negotiation skills
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially excel
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Fluent in both Korean & English
