Christian Dior Couture has been hit by a cyber attack, with hackers obtaining some of its customers’ data.

LVMH‘s second biggest fashion label said it recently discovered that an “unauthorised external party” accessed some of its customers’ data but no financial information, including bank or credit card details, was disclosed in the breach.

Dior says it’s still investigating the incident with the help of cyber security experts after notifying the relevant regulatory authorities. “We are in the process of informing customers where necessary,” the label added in an e-mailed statement Thursday.

Le Monde newspaper reported the cyber attack took place in January and that customers in Asia were informed of the database breach earlier this week. A representative for Dior didn’t reply when asked to confirm these details.
