Social Media Coordinator

Splits59 is a Los Angeles based activewear and fashion company built on the premise of a woman’s perseverance and strength to push past limitations and achieve goals.  We are focused on designing and producing the best quality and most fashionable active and loungewear on the market, in an effort to empower women to feel and look their best in all aspects of daily life.  Splits59 is positioned for massive growth within the e-commerce space, while having a large presence in many of the most exclusive boutiques, studios, and retailers across the globe.

We are currently seeking a driven, kind, and social media obsessed Coordinator for our social channels.  This individual will add value through helping curate our instagram grid, provide a consistent voice cross channel, and make valuable connections in the social space..  You will work very closely with the Brand Manager, Vice President of E-Commerce, and Social Team to ensure that there is cohesion and effectiveness in all partnership, social and brand messaging.

Responsibilities Include:

• Research and manage the instagram grid, Tiktok and Facebook content, while making sure our voice is consistent and on brand.

• Create relevant Instagram and Tiktok content.

• Cultivate effective partnerships with influencers and ambassadors to maximize brand exposure.

• Work with PR to facilitate relevant giveaways with brand partners to spread awareness.

• Work with PR to curate tastemakers to feature on our blogl. Upload content monthly.

• Cultivate ideas and create content with the web team to keep on trend within the social space.

• Manage posting schedule cross channel, and post at designated times.

• Help coordinate samples for photoshoots.

• Evaluate opportunities for influencer partnerships to provide relevant content and UGC. 

• Monitor, analyze and communicate social metrics, success and opportunities cross channel.

• Be able to work in an organized and timely manner to ensure deliverables are executed properly and on time.

• Work as a team player to drive toward the overarching success of brand awareness, relevance, and business as a whole.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent. 

• Extensive knowledge of social media channels including Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook.

• Must speak fluent English. Other languages are a plus.

• Knowledge of social media trends within the fashion and wellness space.

• Basic knowledge of Illustrator and Premiere Pro.

• Interest in fashion, health, and wellness.

• Must be a team player with a growth mindset.
