Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Fashion Designer with a refined aesthetic and extensive experience in luxury womenswear. You will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of our collections, from concept to runway, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and business goals. This is a hands-on, strategic role for a designer who can combine artistry with commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the design and development of seasonal collections in collaboration with the Creative Director.
• Research trends, fabrics, and cultural influences to inspire innovative and relevant design concepts.
• Create mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, and detailed specifications for each design.
• Join the sampling process, ensuring high-quality execution, fit, and finish.
• Collaborate closely with pattern makers, sample makers, product developers, and the merchandising team.
• Attend fittings, manage design revisions, and ensure timely delivery of collections.
• Maintain a deep understanding of luxury consumer expectations and market trends.
• Uphold and evolve the brand’s aesthetic, storytelling, and design codes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-end or luxury fashion design.
• A strong, modern, and cohesive portfolio that demonstrates creativity, craftsmanship, and commercial viability.
• Expertise in garment construction, draping, fabric knowledge, and finishing techniques.
• Proven ability to lead a collection from concept through to production.
• Exceptional sketching and Adobe Creative Suite skills (especially Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Passion for luxury fashion, attention to detail, and a global cultural perspective.

Preferred Qualities:

• Network of fabric, trim, and production resources within the luxury segment.
• Multilingual or international design experience is a plus.
