As the Senior Experiential Designer, Retail , is responsible for leading the design and development of retail spaces that align with the company's brand identity and operational goals. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure store layouts and designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.

20% Leadership and Project Management:

Oversee the end-to-end design process from concept to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively. Track project progress, resolve any issues that arise, and report on project status to senior management.

25% Design Development:

Lead developing and refining store design concepts that align with the brand’s identity and business goals. Create detailed design plans, including floor layouts, fixture designs, etc Ensure all designs comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.

25% Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with retail and operation teams to understand project requirements and expectations. Communicate design concepts and plans to senior management and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments . Participate in design reviews with Global team and provide feedback to improve design outcomes.

15% Technical Support:

P reparing design presentations, technical drawings, and specifications. Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with plans and standards. Support the creation and maintenance of design guidelines and standards.

15% Innovation & Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies in retail design. Propose and implement innovative design solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency Suggest innovative design solutions to enhance store environments and customer experiences.
