We are looking for a Specialist (m/f/d) Public Affairs &Corporate Citizenship to support our Global Corporate Communications team.
This is a temporary position for 12 months.

What you can expect:

• Support the Public Affairs work for the Group by monitoring and analyzing political and regulatory developments relevant to HUGO BOSS (e.g. EU Green Deal, trade, digitalization, AI).
• Prepare internal briefings, position papers, presentations, and regulatory updates; support the coordination of memberships and activities in relevant associations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of projects and partnerships of the HUGO BOSS Foundation, focusing on environmental and climate protection, social empowerment, and disaster relief.
• Support the global Corporate Citizenship program by coordinating corporate volunteering activities and global donations; maintain and update related content on internal platforms and the corporate website.
• Manage shared Email inboxes and respond to general inquiries across all three areas; ensure regular communication with internal and external stakeholders; support the planning and execution of related events.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed university degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable field
• First professional experience (approx. 2-3 years) in public affairs, communication, foundation or association work in a corporate or consultancy environment
• Strong interest in political- and societal affairs
• Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with strong coordination and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical skills and an interest in working on complex topics and interrelationships
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Business-fluent English and German skills in written and spoken
