Merchandising Intern

Arddun Agency are a London based Womenswear agency located in Islington, London, specialising in the Luxury and Advanced Contemporary world. Originally formed in 2020 as a wholesale agency we have rapidly expanded to include Merchandising in our service offering. We are small but fast-growing team that are close-knit, and we aim to provide a nurturing and enjoyable place to work and are looking for a candidate that shares our core qualities of humble, hungry and inquisitive!

The Merchandising Intern will play a key part in the growth of the Arddun Agency Merchandising division, reporting to and working closely with the Junior Merchandiser and Merchandiser. The Merchandising Intern will support in carrying out the following tasks:

• Support the merchandising team with day-to-day sell through reporting tasks.

• Communication with retailers to provide reporting.

• Collect and save down retailer sell through reports. 

• Assist with comprising weekly sales analysis decks to send to our brands.

• Assist with monthly deep dives to send to the brands

• Assist with comprising pre market retailer analysis decks to assist the sales team with their buyer appointments.

• Manage product images:

  • Ensuring all images of new brand collections and retailer exclusive collections are received and coded correctly.

  • Ensure all images are loaded into sell through systems.

  • Work with the design team with all image requests.

Candidate Profile:

· It is mandatory that applicants are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (with course credit) related to Buying and Merchandising, Management, Business - preferably with a fashion background

· An interest and understanding of the fashion industry

· Exceptional communications skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Organised and time efficient, able to prioritise and multitask

· Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, team player, flexible and professional

· Computer literate in Microsoft Office, especially excel.
